19 June 2009 | DUCARES recognized laboratory for the conduct of analyses with regard to the Dutch Regulation 'Monitoring critical substances' in calves and pigs

DUCARES is pleased with the recognition by the Dutch Product Board Cattle and Meat for the conduct of analyses with regard to the Regulation 'Monitoring Critical Substances' in calves and pigs 2008.

As the only laboratory in the Netherlands, DUCARES has a full recognition for both the calf and the pig sector, thus remaining the preferred supplier for producers of Dutch meat and meat products.

Critical substances are anabolics (growth promoters), banned substances, residues of veterinary drugs (antibiotics) and contaminants.
