An independent and autonomous TNO company, DUCARES was founded as a leading contract and research laboratory. DUCARES is specialized in the development and performance of analyzes for food safety, food quality, animal health and welfare. Advising clients and providing input and ideas is a central part of our packages of services.
DUCARES originated from TNO and has been part of First Dutch Innovations, a joint venture between TNO Companies and First Dutch, since March 31, 2017. On January 1, 2020 DUCARES B.V. became a merger between DUCARES and TRISKELION. Both trade names continue to exist.
DUCARES wants to be a leading provider of effective analytical chemical solutions combined with consulting to improve food safety, -quality, animal health and welfare. DUCARES participates in a multiplicity of (inter) national research projects and consortia.
